Reason behind your blog name: When I created this blog, I had just graduated with my Masters degree and didn’t have a job yet. I had a lot of anxiety during that time, and I still have anxiety I have to manage so I don’t have panic attacks. Running has helped me so much. I cannot even begin to explain it. So I’m a ‘brave little runner’ overcoming my anxiety and fears.
Why you blog: I love talking with other runners and hearing their stories. I love this community. It’s also a great way for my to share my love with running with others.
